BeachAbility is a Jersey charity providing access to specially designed beach wheelchairs, helping individuals with mobility challenges enjoy Jersey’s coastline.

Depending on how you interact with BeachAbility, we may collect:

Who Has Access to Your Information

Your information is only accessible to authorised BeachAbility volunteers, trustees and staff who need it to carry out their role.

We will never sell your personal information.

We will only share your information with trusted service providers where necessary to deliver our services (for example, secure email, website or cloud storage providers) or where required by law.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is needed.

Unless we are required by law to retain it for longer, we will securely delete or anonymise your personal information within three years of it no longer being required for the purpose for which it was collected.

Financial records and other information subject to legal retention requirements may be kept for longer where necessary.
